What do you need for installation?
The exact requirements may vary depending on the model, but you will always need the following basics
Multiple persons
The installation is best carried out by 3 to 4 persons to ensure safe and correct operation.
Tools
Basic tools such as a drill, spirit level, ladder, tape measure and Allen keys.
Stable surface
A flat and solid surface such as concrete or stable masonry is essential.
Time and preparation
Allow sufficient time and read the installation instructions thoroughly beforehand.

Check delivery
Make sure all components are present and undamaged before you start.
Preparation and positioning
Lay out all components clearly and determine the exact position of the pergola.
Install the posts
Mount and position the posts, and check alignment using a spirit level and square.
Assemble the frame
Install the beams and supports, and securely anchor the structure to the ground.
Louvers and technical components
Install the louvers, motor, and any optional lighting according to the instructions.
Final check and finishing
Test the operation, finish neatly, and check that all fixings are properly secured.

Yes, this is possible provided you have sufficient technical knowledge, the correct tools, and at least two people to carry out the installation.
On average, installation takes about half a day. The exact duration depends on the model, experience level, and preparation.
In that case, a foundation must be prepared first. This means digging a hole for each post and pouring a concrete footing, optionally using quick-setting concrete. This ensures the pergola can be properly anchored with concrete anchors. Without a solid foundation, installation cannot begin.
